We always start with a review before quoting. Standard filings (annual reports, typical amendments, address changes) are priced from $149. Complex situations — multiple corrections, reinstatements, multi-year issues, or disputed records — are priced from $249–$499. We'll give you a clear quote before any work begins.
Often yes. Arizona allows reinstatement of administratively dissolved or revoked entities in many cases. The process depends on how long the entity has been inactive and what filings are overdue. We assess the situation first and walk you through what's required. This typically falls in the complex correction tier.
Yes. We work with both Arizona LLCs and Arizona corporations — domestic entities registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission. We don't currently handle foreign entity registrations (out-of-state companies registering in Arizona), though we can point you toward appropriate resources.
