These Terms of Service govern your use of Arizona Business Shield's website and services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Nature of Services

Arizona Business Shield provides administrative support services to help Arizona LLC and corporation owners navigate state filing systems. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to administrative guidance, filing preparation support, and compliance monitoring. Nothing in our communications constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.

Not Affiliated with the State

Arizona Business Shield is an independent private service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Arizona Corporation Commission, Arizona Business Center, Arizona Business One Stop, or any other government entity. All filings are submitted through official state channels.

Payment and Refunds

Payment is due before services commence. Our quoted fees cover administrative support only — state filing fees are separate and paid directly to the Arizona Corporation Commission. If work has not begun, we will work with you on a refund. Once intake and preparation work has started, service fees are non-refundable. Subscription plans (Shield, Shield Premium) may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

Limitation of Liability

Arizona Business Shield's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for state processing delays, ACC system outages, changes in state requirements, or outcomes resulting from information provided incorrectly by the client.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in Arizona courts.
