About Our Service

No. Arizona Business Shield is a completely independent administrative support service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Arizona Corporation Commission, Arizona Business Center, or any other government entity. All filings ultimately go through official state channels.
No. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We provide administrative support and plain-English guidance about Arizona filing processes and compliance requirements. For legal questions about your business structure, liability, contracts, or disputes, please consult a licensed Arizona business attorney.
We work with Arizona LLC and corporation owners — from brand-new business owners starting their first entity to established businesses that need to update records, fix compliance issues, or add ongoing monitoring. Our clients include contractors, home services businesses, real estate investors, e-commerce sellers, freelancers, and more.

Filings & Process

We help with: Arizona LLC and corporation formation, annual report preparation and filing, amendments (address, members, managers, registered agent), reinstatements, good-standing requests, certified copy requests, and ongoing compliance monitoring. We work with entities registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission.
Very fast. After booking, you'll complete a short intake form. Most clients are actively working on their filing within 24–48 hours of their first consultation. If you have a time-sensitive deadline, mention it when booking and we'll do our best to prioritize.
Yes. Arizona requires state filing fees for most filings (formation, amendments, annual reports, etc.), and these are paid directly to the Arizona Corporation Commission. Our pricing covers our administrative support service only. We'll tell you what the state fees are before you commit.

Shield Monitoring Plan

The Shield plan ($39/month) includes: monthly review of your entity's ACC record, annual report deadline reminders sent ahead of your due date, alerts for suspicious or unexpected changes to your entity record, a quarterly fraud-prevention checklist, and a quarterly compliance summary email. It's designed to keep you informed and ahead of risk without requiring you to monitor things yourself.
Yes. The Shield plan is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
Because fraud and business identity theft don't care how well you filed last year. The ACC warns that fraudulent filings — where someone submits a fake filing to change your entity's record without your knowledge — are on the rise. Monitoring also catches upcoming annual report deadlines before they become problems. Think of it like a smoke alarm: you hope you never need it, but you definitely want it running.
